Some common billing questions:
 

  • I have a question about my media invoice, who do I contact?
    Please contact your Account Representative directly at Fort Worth Star-Telegram. If you are not sure, please call 800-776-7827. This is the fastest way to resolve any questions.

  • I chose PayPal to pay for my materials, why does it say NERUS Strategies, LLC? NERUS Strategies is the authorized representative, via PayPal for your DFW Favorites schedule.
     

  • We usually trade for our media time, I don't see that in your order form.
    DFW Favorites is a paid advertising program. We do not trade for any of these products.
     

  • I ordered Merchandise from the store, when will it arrive? Please allow up to 7-10 business days for processing, the creation of your custom order, and shipping. You will receive "staging" emails as your order is processed through each stage.
